Impressive women power at the University of Zurich at the International Conference of Business & Professional Women 2016.
Jacqueline Piotaz Switzerland participates another time at the BPW International Conference, which takes place at the University of Zurich during 3 days from 30th Sep – 2nd Oct 2016 and supports the 15th event of its kind as official Bronze Sponsor. Mrs. Jacqueline Piotaz conducts the workshop “Beauty in Business” on Saturday 1st October and challenges the participants to answer questions regarding the future of the cosmetics industry together with her. She in turn answers the questions of the participants on cosmetics topics with her rich experience and expertise. Jacqueline Piotaz also takes part in the panel discussion on “Women – the big emerging market” together with Simona Scarpaleggia (CEO Ikea Schweiz) and others.
Business & Professional Women (BPW) are more than a network, they are internationally and in Switzerland the biggest association of professional women. The expansive network of BPW supports women and uses targeted promotions to help them in their career and personal development. BPW is active today in over 90 countries and goes back to the decision of a group of courageous women to get together in 1919 in Kentucky, USA. The history of BPW Switzerland is tightly connected to society topics such as women voting, equality and the promotion of women in business. Today BPW Switzerland accounts to 2500 members and is organized in 40 clubs all over Switzerland.
In three days around 50 events will take place at the International Conference and one month prior to the opening a record number of 830 women from 34 countries have announced their participation.
